Who we are
Lynn and Todd have spent the last 25 years as therapists at the Body Mind Restoration Retreats located just outside of Ithaca, NY. They both feel it has been an unbelievable gift to be part of the community there and to spend the summer amidst such incredible healing.
While the Ithaca summers are spectacular, braving a central NY winter is another story. Each year they would wait for those two weeks in February when they would thaw-out in their favorite vacation place, beautiful Costa Rica! Now they happily spend half of the year there, operating Costa Rica Jungle Retreats.
Lynn is a Registered Nurse, Colon Hydrotherapist, Mother (and grandmother!). She has a deep passion for dance and movement and a lifelong interest in health, alternative medicine, human potential and other esoteric subjects.
Todd is a NY State Licensed Massage Therapist and a man of many talents! He is an artist, craftsman, designer, and a builder. He’s lived many lives; once a fireman, a farmer and a natural food store owner.
